Child Care Enrollment

If you are interested in enrolling your child in our program, please check to see if we have the available space for you child/ren.  If there are no openings available, please add your name to the waiting list; we will contact you as soon as an opening becomes available.

Schedule an interview so we can discuss your child/ren’s specific needs, review important information about the program, and tour the Center.  Feel free to bring your child/ren with you so they can meet the other children and see what fun things there are to do here.  Be sure to allow 30-45 minutes so we can have adequate time to discuss your child/ren’s specific needs, program policies, and to address all your questions.

Let us know that you intend to enroll your child/ren within 24 hours of the interview and tour. 

To reserve your child’s space, a nonrefundable registration fee must be paid (amount will be given during the interview).  Once the registration fee is paid, the enrollment packet will be given to you.

Complete the enrollment packet by submitting all the proper documents.  Immunization records must be submitted with enrollment packet unless your child is school age, which their immunization records are kept on file at the school he or she is enrolled.  To make sure each child’s file is complete and accurate, no child can be accepted for care without proper forms on file and payment of first week’s tuition. 

Finally, be sure to take time to read through and become familiar with the program policies contained in the Parent Handbook before your child’s first day of attendance.

Parents wishing to withdraw their child/ren from care must submit a written notice at least two weeks prior to the child’s last day of care.  The final payment covers the child’s last two weeks of care, whether the child is brought to care or not.
